Hup Tou Soh Cookies steps:

1. Beat butter until fluffy, add in egg yolk. Then add in the mix and walnut.
2. Shape into small balls and press lightly. Then glaze with egg yolk.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

合桃酥做法：

1. 将牛油打至松发然后加入蛋黄。最后加入预拌粉和合桃搅拌均匀即可。
2. 将粉团搓成一粒粒，然后稍微压扁，再涂上蛋黄。
3. 以180°C烘15-20分钟。
