Hup Tou Soh Cookies steps:
- Beat butter until fluffy, add in egg yolk. Then add in the mix and walnut.
- Shape into small balls and press lightly. Then glaze with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
合桃酥做法:
- 将牛油打至松发然后加入蛋黄。最后加入预拌粉和合桃搅拌均匀即可。
- 将粉团搓成一粒粒,然后稍微压扁,再涂上蛋黄。
- 以180°C烘15-20分钟。
