Steps:

  1. Beat butter until fluffy, then add in ingredients B. Lastly, add in ingredients C and D
  2. Press into rectangular mould lined with greaseproof paper. Refrigerate overnight or till firm.
  3. Cut into 5mm thick. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

  2. 将粉团压入长方模型,放入雪柜冷藏至隔夜或至硬。
  3. 将面团切成5mm厚,以180°C烘20-25分钟。
